This slim little pink camera with a big widescreen has been mine for almost 2 months now thanks to my hunnie. ¤mwahugs¤ for you hun! And I can attest to the fact that it’s one helluva high-tech digicam.
At first, I had a hard time figuring out how all its features works but just like with any other gadgets, the more you use it, the more you’ll discover about what it can do. The high-res of this cam and it’s fab touchscreen is reason enough to shell out your G’s, but what clinched the deal for me was its very girly, pearly pink exterior. Sure, all the features are phenomenal, but hey I LOVE PINK and anyone who knows me well enough can confirm that!
My favorite feature of the bunch, aside from the given resolution and touchscreen would be the Smile Shutter mode. It’s the next best thing to having a photographer capture moments that look “candid”. DO NOT deny it – I know all of you have had pictures taken where you wanted to have the effect that the people you were shooting at didn’t know you had a camera when you were practically standing inches from their faces. LOL. But seriously, once you turn on the Smile Shutter mode on this thing, the camera will happily snap away while you and your friends, family, boyfriend/girlfriend, are laughing or smiling your heads off.
One thing I’ve noticed though is that shots tend to be blurry. Where are the SteadyShot® and Image Stabilization features they’re boasting about? I don’t know if it’s because of my unsteady way of handling the cam, but some other shots taken by my friends were not so sharp too. This may come with the territory of the camera being so slim so you can’t grip it that well.
But all in all, I love this camera simply because it’s actually my first digicam on top of it being a gift from my one and only. I’m just starting to figure out how to work the gazillion features packed into this little pink thing so maybe after some time, I will love it even more.
